Jose Mourinho's return to the Premier League with Manchester United will be officiated by Andre Marriner, who the Portuguese openly criticised in January 2015.
Mourinho berated the Marriner, who was working as a fourth official, after referee Anthony Taylor failed to give a penalty when Chelsea's Eden Hazard was brought down by Federico Fazio in a game against Spurs.
United take on Bournemouth on August 14 as they get their campaign underway. Mourinho has already captured a first piece of silverware in the Community Shield against Leicester on Sunday.
Mark Clattenburg is conspicuous by his absence after officiating the Champions League and Euro 2016 finals.
