Superstitious Jose Mourinho has ordered Manchester United stars staying at the Lowry Hotel to head to Old Trafford to join the team’s coach party — to the Lowry Hotel.
Players are dropped off or leave their cars at the club’s stadium — 2.8 miles away from the hotel — and are then taken to the Lowry together where the club stay before home matches.
Previously, Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who, like Mourinho are based at the hotel, have been allowed to meet the party when they arrive.
