Manchester United's women's striker Jane Ross seems likely to follow manager Casey Stoney out of the door this summer, with a number of Italian clubs thought to be interested.
A number of players are thought to share the discontent about facilities at the club which saw Stoney announce her departure last week.
It means United are left trying to avoid a mass exodus, ahead of the first WSL season to be screened live on the BBC and Sky.
Ross, 31, a Scottish international, was one of a number players signed last summer for a newly-promoted United's first season in the top flight.
