Pranksters gatecrashed Antonio Conte's press conference on Thursday to hand the Chelsea boss a Manchester United shirt, signed by rival Jose Mourinho.
The Italian jokers used a messenger to deliver the jersey to fellow Italian Conte after they conned Mourinho into signing it last month outside The Lowry Hotel in Manchester.
The Chelsea boss was taking questions from the media ahead of Friday's FA Cup clash with Hull. He had been speaking for around 10 minutes before being approached by a supposed journalist.
He then appeared to show the Chelsea manager something on a tablet, which turned out to be a message from Alessandro Onnis and Stefano Corti, presenters of the Italia 1 satirical show Le Iene.
