Brandon Williams has admitted that he was jealous of Mason Greenwood and James Garner during the early stages of his time at Manchester United's academy.
Williams is now seen as one of United's most promising players after breaking into the first-team last season, but he endured some struggles as he progressed through the ranks.
Having initially been a striker, he eventually made the transition to left-back but at first found it difficult to compete with the likes of Greenwood, who is now an England international, and Garner, who is on loan at Watford from United.
