'I trained with him a few times and he was gone - unbelievable': Kevin De Bruyne describes ex-Man City team-mate Jadon Sancho's rise to stardom as 'crazy' with England star poised to make Premier League return

Kevin De Bruyne has described Jadon Sancho's rise to stardom as 'crazy' and remembered the short time they were Manchester City team-mates.

The England star was a member of City's academy but moved to Borussia Dortmund in 2017 before he had made a first-team appearance.

Sancho, now 20, has seen his career take off in Germany and has become an England international in the meantime and is now being linked with a return to the Premier League.
