Henrik Larsson has admitted the only regret of his decorated career was not extending his temporary stay with Manchester United.
The Swedish striker, who retired from football in 2009, spent two months on loan at Old Trafford at the start of 2007 and scored three times in 13 games before returning to parent club Helsingborgs at the conclusion of the winter break in his homeland.
Larsson, who made his name with nearly 250 goals in seven years at Celtic before joining Barcelona in 2004, admitted he loved his time at Old Trafford and now regrets not staying longer in a bid to win silverware under Sir Alex Ferguson.
