'He should have sat down': Ralf Rangnick blames Paul Pogba's final act as a Man United player for contributing to Liverpool's opener in 4-0 thrashing with departing £89m man failing to tell the referee he was injured

Paul Pogba has played his last game for Manchester United and will quit Old Trafford as a free agent this summer.

Interim manager Ralf Rangnick confirmed Pogba is set to miss the rest of the season with the calf injury he suffered in Tuesday's 4-0 defeat at Liverpool, and expects United's £89million record signing to leave for nothing when his contract runs out in June.

It brings down the curtain on a desperately disappointing second spell at United, who broke the world record to re-sign Pogba from Juventus in 2016.
