Manchester United captain Harry Maguire has been thanked for setting up a scheme to deliver groceries to the elderly in his hometown of Mosborough.
Maguire offered to supply food packages of everyday essentials in his Mosborough, which is south-east of Sheffield.
Jackie Claydon tweeted Maguire saying: 'Thank you so much for your very kind gesture to the older generation of Mosborough. My mum was very appreciative.'
The tweet included an image of the package provided by Maguire, which included vegetables and milk in addition to a signed card.
