Harry Maguire admits he'll be forced to quit Man United in January if Erik ten Hag doesn't pick him... but says he's proved his worth: 'My win rate is ridiculously high. I won't sit and play once a month'

Harry Maguire has suggested he will leave Manchester United in January if he continues in a bit-part role under manager Erik ten Hag.

Maguire, axed as United captain in the summer, was handed his first Premier League start of the season with six other defenders injured, and celebrated by setting up Scott McTominay's winner against Brentford last Saturday.

However, the 30-year-old faces a return to the sidelines once the likes of Raphael Varane are fit again, harming his chances of being an England starter at Euro 2024 under Gareth Southgate.
