Gary Neville admits he has performed a U-turn on his stance that international money should be welcomed into Premier League football after Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich's assets were frozen by the UK Government last week.
Abramovich, who has spent the last 19 years as owner at Stamford Bridge, was one of seven Russian oligarchs sanctioned by the Government amid their country's invasion of Ukraine.
As a result, Chelsea have been left in a state of financial limbo and are now operating under a series of restrictions after being granted a special licence to continue the season.
