Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has poured cold water on suggestions Barcelona could sign Memphis Depay in January following the serious injury to Ansu Fati.
The Nou Camp giants were heavily linked with a move for the former Manchester United star in the summer, but a deal was reliant on Ousmane Dembele's exit and he refused to leave.
Now, with Fati sidelined for at least four months after undergoing surgery on his knee, it has been reported that Barcelona will try again for Depay in January.
Lyon president Aulas though, is insistent their star man will be going nowhere, telling RMC: 'Memphis is an exceptional player.
