The Reds are back in Premier League action this weekend, at home to West Bromwich Albion, and then face a further 11 matches across the next six weeks in three different competitions.
It promises to be a hugely challenging period but Fred is confident the squad can cope.
“There are a lot of games but what’s good about it is we’ve got a really good group, and we will need everyone,” Fred told us. “That’s the best thing about having the group: we will be able to help each other, because there will be injuries, knocks and niggles.
