Bayer Leverkusen striker Javier Hernandez insists he has nothing to prove to English football as his goal record at Manchester United speaks for itself.
Hernandez returns to action in England on Wednesday night as Leverkusen take on Tottenham at Wembley in a crunch Champions League Group E match.
The Mexican scored 59 goals in 156 games for United but struggled to cement a place in their starting line-up, instead gaining a reputation as an impact player off the bench.
He left the Premier League with an impressive strike rate of 37 goals in 103 matches - almost one every 130 minutes - and has proven his class in Germany, scoring 26 times in 40 appearances last season.
