Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been linked with a surprise route back into management at Belgian side Club Brugge.
Brugge have been looking for a new boss for over a month after sacking Scott Parker in March, following the ex-Fulham and Bournemouth manager's ill-fated time in the dugout that saw him win just two of his 12 games in charge.
Parker had replaced Carl Hoefkens on new year's eve with the Belgian himself having only taken over last July.
Solskjaer has been out of a role since being sacked at Manchester United in November 2021, just a month shy of three years in the Old Trafford hotseat.
