This meeting was the first of four Fans’ Forums to take place across the season, where fan reps and club officials discuss important matters related to supporters, both on a local and global scale. The forum is an opportunity for fan reps to put forward questions from United’s supporter network and to advise on processes and solutions which impact fan experience.
In addition to welcoming three new fan reps for 2024/25, the meeting was also attended by Omar Berrada, United's chief executive officer, who opened the forum by outlining key focus areas for the club and thanked representatives in advance for their support and engagement on behalf of the fanbase.
