After joining from Crystal Palace last summer, the right-back began life at United in sensational form, making 15 tackles in his first two games against Chelsea and Wolves to top the domestic stats.
The Croydon-born defender is still riding high in the Premier League's charts with 10 fixtures to play, but is now in second place behind Leicester City's Portuguese full-back Ricardo Pereira.
Ahead of this weekend's crunch Manchester derby, Wan-Bissaka spoke to the club's official matchday programme United Review and was asked for his opinion on the tackling table.
“I think I’m second at the moment, and I’m happy with that for now, just to be right up there,”
replied the 22-year-old.
