The January signing from Sporting Lisbon picked up 58 per cent of the public vote, placing him well clear of his fellow countryman, Wolves’ goalkeeper Rui Patricio, who came second with 19 per cent.
It’s the second prize that Bruno has won in just over a week, after the attacking midfielder took home the club’s official Player of the Month award, too.
The 25-year-old is also in the running for the Premier League’s gong, which will be announced on Friday 13 March.
A FANTASTIC FEBRUARY
Bruno's Premier League career got off to a promising start, as he pulled the strings and looked the liveliest player on the pitch in United’s closely-fought 0-0 draw with Wolves on 1 February.
