Dwight Yorke will begin his managerial career at Macarthur FC with the Manchester United legend reportedly on the verge of agreeing a two-year deal to coach the A-League club.
Yorke was the first high-profile footballer to venture Down Under when he joined Sydney FC 17 years ago, and the Sydney Morning Herald reports that he is making a return to Australia.
The 50-year-old is understood to be close to completing talks with Sydney-based Macarthur FC, with the club searching for a replacement for departing boss Ante Milicic.
Yorke - who spent four years at Manchester United - gained his coaching badges with the Red Devils and has been searching for an opportunity to make his first steps into management.
