David de Gea limped off with an undisclosed injury in Spain's Euro 2020 qualifier against Sweden in Stockholm on Tuesday.
De Gea had been superb until Marcus Berg nodded home the opener from close range in the 51st minute. Shortly afterwards the 28-year-old keeper sat down on the pitch before being replaced by Kepa Arrizabalaga.
The game finished 1-1 after substitute Rodrigo cancelled out Berg's strike with a stoppage-time goal, allowing La Roja to punch their ticket for Euro 2020.
