Turning Tyrone Mings and finding the bottom right corner, Greenwood put United ahead at Villa Park on Sunday afternoon. The Reds had gone behind to a screamer from Bertrand Traore but levelled up immediately after half-time through a Bruno Fernandes penalty. Greenwood scored a second four minutes later.
It's the 19-year-old's fifth goal in his last five games as he storms into top form for the crucial, and busy, end-of-the-season schedule.
“It was a good goal,” Greenwood admitted, looking back on his second-half strike.
“I just knew that he [Mings] was coming tight to you in the box, so if you get a little movement then you can get half a yard.
