Zorya Luhansk chief executive Sergei Rafailov has described Manchester as a 'dirty city' in an extraordinary rant towards his side's recent Europa League opponents.
Rafailov also condemned the city after seeing 'men kissing in the street' during his time in Manchester city centre.
His comments come after Manchester United defeated the Ukrainian outfit 1-0 thanks to a 69th winner by Zlatan Ibrahimovic during the encounter at Old Trafford on September 29.
Rafailov told BBC North West Tonight said of his trip to England: 'Manchester is a dirty city, full of drunks and men kissing in the street.
