Borussia Dortmund have reportedly held a 'secret meeting' with a former Manchester United boss over the German club's current managerial vacancy.
According to Sky Sports, Dortmund held talks with Ralf Rangnick on Monday in Salzburg to convince him to take temporary charge until the end of this season.
However, Rangnick is still under contract as coach of the Austrian national team until December 2025.
Sky added that Rangnick is leaning towards turning down Dortmund's offer owing to his current role in international management.
However, he is said to be viewed as one the leading contenders for the role, along with former Bayern Munich manager Niko Kovac.
