BBC presenter Lynsey Hipgrave issues apology for live FA Cup gaffe, after claiming Manchester United would play Chelsea: 'Not my first mistake and certainly won't be my last'

BBC presenter Lynsey Hipgrave has issued an apology for her on-screen gaffe during the live draw for the FA Cup semi-finals.

Hipgrave hosted the event as former Chelsea players Petr Cech and Gianfranco Zola plucked out the balls to determine the fixtures of the final four.

As Chelsea were drawn out to face Southampton, and Manchester United tied against Tottenham, Hipgrave provided commentary throughout proceedings.
