Bayern Munich's transfer move for Fulham star Joao Palhinha is off the table as the transfer deadline looms.
The German club put in an initial offer of £47milliion, though this was subsequently rejected by the London club - who priced him at £90m initially.
Their asking price dropped to £70m, though a later deal of £55m was agreed and Palhinha was set to undergo a medical.
Earlier in the window, Fulham made enquiries into Manchester United's Scott McTominay as a replacement, though the deal has now fallen through.
