Bayern Munich could never sell Thomas Muller to Manchester United, according to one member of the club's hierarchy.

Supporters of the club would never forgive Bayern if the German giants decided to cash in on 'part of the club's DNA', according to former Minister President for Bavaria Edmund Stoiber.

The Germany international is enduring his most difficult season at the Allianz Arena with only three goals in 18 appearances and has been linked with a move to Old Trafford.
