Bastian Schweinsteiger has been included in Manchester United's 25-man Premier League squad despite Jose Mourinho suggesting he won't play this season.
As well as the surprise inclusion of the German, Mourinho has also named Sadiq El Fitouri, former Salford City player, in his squad.
Schweinsteiger has not featured in any matches under the Portuguese manager and Mourinho previously warned him there is no room in United's 23-man squad of outfield players.
However, the 32-year-old stated his desire to remain in Manchester rather than join another European club.
