Atletico Madrid are 'considering a January move' for Manchester United full-back Diogo Dalot... with boss Diego Simeone desperately keen to strengthen after selling Kieran Trippier

Manchester United full-back Diogo Dalot is reportedly being considered as a replacement for Kieran Trippier at Atletico Madrid this month.

Trippier swapped the Spanish capital for Newcastle recently in a £12million move and Atletico boss Diego Simeone is keen to strengthen.

According to Diario AS, Dalot is one of Simeone's targets as he believes the Portuguese defender can play both right back and left back.

Dalot, who has also been on Jose Mourinho's radar at Roma, has worked his way back into United's team under Ralf Rangnick and as such has put himself back in the shop window.
