Emmanuel Dennis' late header handed Watford their first set of three points since November in a shock 1-0 win at Aston Villa.
Roy Hodgson's relegation-threatened side went into Saturday's game having not claimed victory since their 4-1 thumping of Manchester United three months ago.
But thanks to Dennis, the Hornets returned to winning ways at last, while condemning Steven Gerrard and Villa to back-to-back Premier League defeats.
