Antony makes decision on future after stunning start to Real Betis loan spell - as Man United flop aims to rejuvenate his career in Spain

Man United flop Antony is said to have expressed his desire to stay at Real Betis beyond the summer.

Antony, 25, has been reinvigorated since joining Betis on loan from United in January, scoring three goals and adding two assists in just seven games.

The winger's temporary move to Spain came after he badly struggled at Old Trafford following his £85million move from Ajax in the summer of 2022, with the Brazilian finding himself on the periphery under both Erik ten Hag and Ruben Amorim.

In fact, Antony scored just 12 goals and added five assists in 96 games for the Red Devils despite being the club's second most expensive signing of all-time.
