Alexis Sanchez reveled in the sacking of Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho this week by sending a WhatsApp to team-mates suggesting he had won a bet.
The club's highest-paid player, earning in the region of £450,000-a-week, is alleged to have messaged the players's group and claimed Marcos Rojo owed him £20,000.
The message purportedly read: 'I told you so!! Patience is all it takes. Rojo you owe me £20k'.
Sanchez sent the message to his Old Trafford team-mates on Tuesday morning following news of the former manager's departure, according to The Sun.
