Manchester United can win the Champions League this season after signing Alexis Sanchez, according to Lou Macari.
Sanchez joined United in January in a swap deal from Arsenal, and has made a good start at Old Trafford, scoring on his home debut against Huddersfield.
Macari, who played over 400 games for United and won the FA Cup in 1977, says signing the Chilean can prove to be a 'turning point' for the club.
Macari told Goal: 'What he does for us is add competition for places, which any manager would tell you is fantastic.
