The 19-year-old made his debut in the United Academy as a schoolboy in 2014/15 and has since made real progress, including representing England’s Under-17s.
Despite being hampered by injury, the local lad scored seven goals in 17 appearances in 2017/18, which helped the club claim the Under-18 Premier League Northern Division title.
He gained further experience in the UEFA Youth League and Under-23s last term, making 16 appearances and scoring one goal – the winner at Norwich City – before the club extended his contract earlier this summer.
