Manchester City's owners are reportedly set to expand their portfolio of football clubs by 'completing the purchase of Brazilian side EC Bahia'.
According to The Mirror, the City Football Group will make Bahia the 12th club under their footballing umbrella despite currently facing 115 charges.
It would appear that the City Football Group will continue their business as usual - as the club's chief executive Ferran Soriano has reportedly 'agreed terms for City to purchase a 90 percent stake' in the club.
Bahia are located in the Salvador region of Brazil and currently play in Brazil's top division.
