West Ham's proposed move for Nordsjaelland forward Ibrahim Osman has stalled over the Danish side's asking price.
West Ham had an offer worth around £16m rejected for the 19-year-old, who is keen to make the move.
West Ham are exploring alternative targets though the deal is not off yet.
Osman is a product of the Right To Dream Academy in Ghana, which also produced Mohammed Kudus.
The 19-year-old has one goal in 16 Superliga games for the Danish side plus four assists.
