Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany has been ruled out of Belgium's World Cup qualifier against Estonia on Sunday in the latest blow of his injury-plagued season.
Kompany pulled out of Wednesday's friendly against Holland minutes before kick off and concerned manager Roberto Martinez has vowed not to gamble with the 30-year-old who has only made four appearances this season.
'Vincent had discomfort in his groin area. He didn't train on Friday and I am not going to take him into consideration for Sunday,' said Martinez.
'It is nothing new.
