have moved ahead of Chelsea and Manchester City in the race for Juventus star Leonardo Bonucci after agreeing personal terms with the defender.
The 30-year-old is once again in high demand this summer after helping the Italian champions retain their Serie A crown last season.
Chelsea and Manchester City have both expressed an interest in the centre-back after also tracking him last year.
But, according to SportMediaset, Milan have swooped in and are now on verge of tying up a deal for Bonucci.
The San Siro club have reportedly agreed personal terms with the Italy international over a contract worth around £120,000-a-week.
