Manchester City kept alive their hopes of a historic quadruple after Ilkay Gundogan and Kevin De Bruyne's late strikes sealed an FA Cup quarter final victory against Everton.
The hosts were dogged throughout but their resistance was finally broken when Germany midfielder Gundogan reacted quickest to head home after Joao Virginia had saved an effort on to the bar.
Star man De Bruyne then made sure of the result, racing on to a through ball before lashing an emphatic finish past Virginia as the visitors joined Southampton in the FA Cup semi-finals.
