The Premier League transfer window is once again upon us as clubs start to shape their squads for the impending 2021/22 season.
The window is set to open on Wednesday, June 9 and will run for 12 weeks, through until 11pm BST on August 31.
Despite the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, there were a number of high-profile transfers last summer, including the likes of Chelsea duo Kai Havertz and Timo Werner, as well as Arsenal's Thomas Partey and Manchester City's Ruben Dias.
This summer, finances will be impacted once again, and Sportsmail understands clubs could turn to the more traditionally rare swap deals.
