Lionel Messi could end up making a sensational move to Juventus to play alongside old rival Cristiano Ronaldo next summer, according to Barcelona icon Rivaldo, amid reports that the Argentine is deeply unhappy at the Nou Camp.

With the Catalan giants in turmoil, Spanish radio station Cadena SER reported that Messi would see out his £500,000-per-week contract at the club before moving on next summer.

Messi is deeply unhappy with the club's current hierarchy, following the sale of Arthur and the club's half-baked attempt to re-sign Neymar from PSG.
