Smirking Erling Haaland delivers a put-down to Trent Alexander-Arnold after Liverpool vice-captain claimed his club's trophy wins 'mean more'

Erling Haaland has responded to Trent Alexander-Arnold's claim that Liverpool's trophies mean more to the club's supporters, with the Man City star stating that he doesn't know the 'the feeling of winning the Treble'.

Haaland and Alexander-Arnold have become embroiled in a war of words ahead of a crunch match in the Premier League title race on Sunday.

Alexander-Arnold had stoked the fire for the match at Anfield by claiming Liverpool's trophies mean more, despite Man City winning five of the last six Premier League titles.

'It's tough,' Alexander-Arnold told FourFourTwo this week.
