A holidaymaker who paid for extra leg room claims he lost out on the seat to make way for two Manchester City football stars.
Chris Hunter, from Salford, treated himself to a premium seat while heading to the Spanish island of Ibiza for a ten-day break with his partner and children.
But after boarding the aircraft he was annoyed when he was told by staff that he had to sit in the standard seats - despite having already paid for extra leg room.
Mr Hunter, who is 5'8, was shocked when Manchester City superstars David Silva, valued at £50m, and Pablo Zabaleta, valued at £10m, arrived on the plane and were immediately seated in the front row - which he was meant to be sitting on.
