Liam Delap has impressed for Manchester City at youth level and has been given a handful of opportunities at senior level in recognition of his development.
The 18-year-old looks to have a bright future at the Etihad Stadium, but the Daily Star say Real Madrid hope to lure the ‘talented’ ‘rising star’ to the Santiago Bernabeu as their scouts have been ‘raving’ about his ability.
Delap has made 16 appearances for City’s U18s, scoring 11 goals with seven assists. He’s racked up just two appearances for the U19s but has made 19 appearances for the U23s, scoring 23 goals with six assists (Transfermarkt).
