But it appears Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling is still keen to grab a bargain, after he was spotted shopping at a Poundworld store.
The 22-year-old footballer, who is the most expensive English player ever, was seen browsing at the shop in Manchester’s Arndale Centre by stunned locals.
Sterling, who lives 14 miles away in Wilmslow, Cheshire, posed for a photo while clutching a white plastic bag with a blue Poundworld pull-along basket at his feet.
