Premier League star Yaya Toure and his agent to donate £100,000 to help victims of Manchester terrorist attack

Premier League star Yaya Toure and his agent Dimitri Seluk have agreed to donate £50,000 each to those affected by the suicide bomb attack at Manchester Arena on Monday night.

Twenty-two people lost their lives and a further 119 were injured in the atrocious attack with eight-year-old Saffie Roussos, 18-year-old Georgina Callander and 26-year-old John Atkinson among those killed.

A further 59 were taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries after the bomber - named on Tuesday as 22-year-old Salman Abedi - entered the foyer and activated an improvised explosive device.

Touched by the harrowing details of young Saffie's death, Seluk says he and the Manchester City player quickly agreed to donate the hefty sum in order to help families of the victims.
