Andy Woodward, one the victims of child molester Barry Bennell, has recalled an occasion a jet-ski accident left him wishing the former youth coach would drown.
After Bennell was convicted of 36 child sex charges earlier this week, a jury at Liverpool Crown Court found him guilty of seven more charges on Thursday. He had pleaded guilty to seven additional counts before the trial.
Woodward was the man who waived his right to anonymity to expose Bennell's reign of terror. The former coach worked with Manchester City and Crewe Alexandra's youth teams, abusing boys on an 'industrial scale'.
