Manchester City confirmed on Monday that Blackburn Rovers agreed a deal to sign Taylor Harwood-Bellis on loan for the rest of the season. The 19-year-old is highly-rated by Pep Guardiola, who called him “exceptional” 18 months ago, but he’s allowed Harwood-Bellis out due to stiff competition at centre-back.
The England U20 international has made 21 appearances for the U18s, 10 appearances for the U19s, 40 appearances for the U23s and eight appearances for the first-team.
