Pep Guardiola reveals he has yet to get a taste for England, as Manchester City boss tells fan Mediterranean food is best and admits he has yet to try Boddingtons beer

As a well-travelled player and manager, there are few in the Premier League more qualified to critique English culture than Pep Guardiola.

The 46-year-old can draw on experiences in Spain, Italy and Germany to deliver a balanced assessment of the positives and negatives of life in Great Britain, and in particular the North West.

And for the most part, Guardiola has been largely impressed with what he has found, be it the football or the people of Manchester.

One thing that he cannot stomach though in his new home, however, is the food, with the Spaniard revealing he is not the biggest fan of the local cuisine.
