Pep Guardiola insists that he's not worried that Man City's quadruple hopes came to an end with their Carabao Cup defeat to Newcastle.

His City side crashed out of the third round with a 1-0 defeat at St James' Park following a 53rd minute Aleksander Isak strike.

Questions of a quadruple inevitably followed their historic treble-winning success last season.

But City at best will be hoping to win the Treble consisting of the Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup.

Asked if he was disappointed his side could no longer win the quadruple, Guardiola said: 'You think the target was to win the quadruple?
