MANCHESTER -- Pep Guardiola backed Claudio Bravo after the Manchester City keeper was given ironic applause by home fans in the 5-1 FA Cup victory over Huddersfield Town.
The Chilean international, who has been replaced by Willy Caballero for City's past three Premier League games, appeared to be at fault for Harry Bunn's seventh-minute strike that went through him.
Bravo, who has conceded nine goals from the last 14 shots on target, made a save shortly after that prompted sarcastic cheers from the home supporters.
Guardiola didn't look pleased with the fans' reaction and told a news conference that he was delighted with the former Barcelona keeper's performance.
